The Piermont Collection's Full Bed Conversion Kit - FACTORY 25 is ONLY FOR PIERMONT 4-IN-1 CONVERTIBLE CRIBS MADE IN FACTORY 25. PLEASE REFERENCE THE PRODUCTION STICKER ON YOUR PIERMONT CRIB to confirm where your crib was made. The Production Sticker is located on the inside of the crib near the bottom. If your crib was manufactured in Factory 25, you will need this specific rail set to convert your crib into a full size bed. This Full Bed Conversion Kit is available in Rustic Stonington Gray and Farmhouse Brown with matching side rails and 5 slat support pieces. Factory Code of “-25” will appear on the Production Sticker. The “Factory Code” is the two-digit number following the Date of Production on your White Product Sticker.
