Unfortunately, I lost a bolt and was forced to buy a new kit for almost $40. I wish they could’ve sent me the bolt as a courtesy since the crib was very expensive. Maybe they may reconsider giving me a refund. Aside from that the item was what I needed, and they did ship it out quickly.
We bought a 4 in were convertible, crib off of family and we were missing a lot of the hardware to put the crib together. My daughter and I saw a phone number on the crib. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful with telling me what website to go to place the order for the hardware packet and the crib is now ready and awaiting the new bundle of joy.
We lost part of our hardware when we moved and having this kit was helpful.
