M Design Village Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Participation in this giveaway constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor

The Sponsor of this giveaway (“Promotion”) is M Design Village LLC. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to M Design Village.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of M Design Village, its brands, affiliates, or partners are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Terms

By entering, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of M Design Village, which are final and made at our sole discretion in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Promotion Period

Giveaways may occur from time to time, at dates and intervals determined solely by M Design Village. We reserve the right to start, end, modify, or cancel any giveaway without prior notice. Any timeframes or schedules mentioned in promotional materials are subject to change at our discretion.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by subscribing to email and/or SMS communications through the M Design Village website or related brand pages when a giveaway is active.

Incomplete entries or entries submitted through automated or fraudulent means will be void.

M Design Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility and to disqualify any entry for any reason.

Prize

Prize details (including type, value, and quantity) will be announced by M Design Village at the time of each giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Shipping is limited to addresses within the 48 United States (excluding HI and AK). M Design Village reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries when a giveaway is conducted.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a potential winner does not respond within a reasonable period or is found to be ineligible, M Design Village may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or cancel the prize.

M Design Village is not responsible for email delivery issues, spam filters, or incorrect contact information.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

General Terms

M Design Village reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its control that affect the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

We also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Participation in a giveaway constitutes consent for M Design Village to use your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to receive future marketing communications from M Design Village. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing will remove your eligibility from future drawings.

Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless M Design Village, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of M Design Village, which are final.
