It’s a beautiful crib, but the pain peels so easily

We bought this crib from target for our baby. For the first year she actually never slept in it as she was in our room. When we were ready to move her up her own room and crib we noticed that the paint was peeling terribly. I sent pictures to the company since my baby had never used it and they agreed that shouldn’t happen. So the replaced the front part which I thought was a good solution. They also said they would provide paint repair kit which never came . Currently the front rail is ok, but the two sides are now peeling to the point that just touching it you get paint on your hands. Thankfully my kiddo has never been a chewer or I’d be so uncomfortable with her eating paint. I’d be willing to sand and repaint but now that I’m thinking of converting the crib to a bed for my daughter the conversation part has Bern out of stock for a year and they can’t tell me when it would be back in stock or if another part will fit. Honestly I can’t recommend this crib or another crib from this company.

The wood on the side split and I will have to get a new crib. It is beyond repair. You would think a 4 in 2 crib would be able to last longer than 2 years. Does not last.

This was a gift for someone having their second child and requested this crib because they have the exact same crib for their first child who is still using it . They love everything about it . The quality is outstanding . Very well made . Easy to adjust for different stages . Excellent product !
