Nolan 4 in 1 Convertible Crib

We purchased the Oxford Baby North Bay 4-in-1 Convertible Crib (model 18811). Unfortunately, during assembly we discovered that the left and right side panels had holes that did not line up, making it impossible to assemble correctly.

This appears to be a manufacturing or packaging error. For a baby product—especially a crib—this was frustrating and concerning. We are currently working with customer service for a replacement part.

The crib itself seems well-designed, but quality control should be tighter to avoid this type of issue, especially for something safety-related.

The crib was very easy to put together and has been extremely sturdy. I would easily recommend this to family, friends, or anyone.

We bought this crib a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with the quality. Very sturdy and nicely made. We currently have it set for our toddler but hope that our future children can enjoy this convertible crib just as much as our first has this far!
